Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk
At first sight, we have chosen a perhaps playful-sounding name for our long-planned publication. For us, the name "Dunakavics" has many meanings. The English language calls wise sayings "pebbles of wisdom", but the pebble may also remind us of the classic parable of the philosophy professor. The professor illustrated the meaning of life to his students by filling a bottle, explaining that a bottle seemingly full of pebbles could be filled with more pebbles and sand. The stones symbolise the really important things; family, friends, health, while the pebbles symbolise work and home, unlike sand, which represents the everyday little things. If the sand is put in the jar first, there is no room for the pebbles and stones. Danube cavities also provide scope for further associations, as they can bring to mind a childhood favourite sweet or simply a walk along the Danube. We hope that in our publication you will be able to choose the pebbles you want to lift from the riverbank according to your own taste and preferences. That is how diverse we are ourselves, offering our readers such a wide range of disciplines to choose from.
hu-HU nemeth.istvan@uniduna.hu (Németh István) duma.attila@gmail.com (Duma Attila) Wed, 16 Jul 2025 13:32:27 +0000 OJS 3.1.2.4 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss 60 A gamifikáció hatása a munkahelyi beilleszkedésre 1. rész https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19718
In the 21 st century, the use of gamification in workplace environments has become a prominent topic. The application of (video) games is a rapidly growing industry that evolves alongside digital development and is increasingly integrated into our daily lives. New innovations, such as VR products, are constantly emerging and can be utilized (bigthing.com). The future clearly points in this direction, with many companies already adopting gamification-either in internal processes or to attract consumers. Gamification offers a new method that can address current challenges in the labor market. First, the basics of human resource management and workplace integration are reviewed. Next, generational theo - ries are discussed, as generational differences represent a major issue in the labor market, with special emphasis on Generation Z due to my own generational affiliation. In the questionnaire-based research, I used the generational groups outlined in the thesis for identifi - cation. The questions were tailored to the topic and methods found in the literature. The hypothesis-that online games help with workplace integration was confirmed, and positive feedback was received regarding gamification methods.
Gábor Erik Bihary, Mónika Rajcsányi-Molnár Copyright (c) 2025 Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19718 Wed, 16 Jul 2025 09:11:00 +0000 Magyar-kínai energiakapcsolatok 1. rész https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19719
The global energy crisis and the COVID period have accelerated the growth of demand for renewable energy sources, in which both Hungary and China are committed, although they face different economic and technological challenges. The study, ellaborated in 2024, examines the development of energy relations between Hungary and China, taking into account the global energy crisis and certain aspects of sustainability. The aim of the research is to analyze energy market changes and explore their effects on cooperation between the two countries, with particular attention to renewable energy sources and energy independence. In addition to the opportunities inherent in the energy transition and the development of green technologies, geopo litical and economic challenges affecting energy security are also highlighted. Furthermore, a case study analyzes the energy structure and economic relations of the two countries.
Dóra Gréta Kőszegi, Szilvia Kovács Copyright (c) 2025 Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19719 Wed, 16 Jul 2025 12:10:53 +0000 A vállalati társadalmi felelősségvállalás szerepe a munkavállalói elköteleződésben 1. rész https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19721
The chosen topic is gaining increasing importance in domestic labor market research, and both the HR field and the professional press are dedicating more attention to it. This is employee engagement, which is examined together with another modern area: corporate social responsibility, or CSR. Thanks to new approaches and research findings, it is now clear that there is a very important and direct connection between these two fields. The research seeks to answer whether employees are more engaged when their workplace has CSR activities. The study relies on quantitative research methods. There were 100 relevant, high-quality responses, with diverse demographic and workplace coverage. Overall, a significant percentage of respondents have a negative view of their workplace, do not plan to stay long-term, and are dissatisfied with internal organizational processes and communication, which are also related to CSR activities. It can be stated that respondents who gave more positive answers and were more satisfied had CSR activities at their workplace.
Lívia Lestyán, Tamás Kőkuti Copyright (c) 2025 Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19721 Wed, 16 Jul 2025 12:15:59 +0000 Digitalizáció és modern pénzügyek: a munkaerőpiac átalakulása és hatásai budapesti munkavállalókra a generációk függvényében 1. rész https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19722
In our essay, We examined how digitization is transforming mod - ern finance, the lives, and working conditions of employees in Budapest. We began my work by presenting the milestones of digitization, elaborating on digital channels, and the IT changes that have reshaped modern daily life. In the second chapter, We introduced the opportunities and challenges of the modern labor market, with new professions and applications, and also addressed the taxation issues of remote work. Additionally, We analyzed the relationship between education and the labor market in the Hungarian context, concluding that there is not necessarily harmony between the two, which affects the current state of the labor market. Next, We outlined the structure of the labor market in Budapest, using the region's businesses and the economic sectors present in the market. Furthermore, We characterized the employees with a general overview of the generations and depicted the distribution ofage groups in Budapest. In the fourth chapter, We sought answers to hypotheses based on the literature, through the creation of our own questionnaire and conducting in-depth interviews, which assessed the responses of generations regarding digital finan - cial opportunities, social changes, and labor shortages. In the final section, We outlined the future of hu - man resources, presenting the currently available and future technical tools such as robotics and artificial intelligence. Finally, We made development proposals for the region's labor market and improving quality of life, utilizing available technology.
Jázmin Qasim; Mónika Rajcsányi-Molnár Copyright (c) 2025 Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19722 Wed, 16 Jul 2025 12:19:41 +0000 A tori bridalwear és a menyasszonyi ruhák vizuális kommunikációja 1. rész https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19723
There is much more behind the visual communication of wedding dresses than one might initially think. Bridal attire reflects the culture, society, historical era, and external expectations of the time, as well as the individual wearing it. Its significance is not only important from the wearer’s perspective but also in how it appears and influences visual perception. The emotional value of a wedding dress goes far beyond the bride simply feeling comfortable in it. The wearer’s sense of comfort is determined by how confidently she carries the chosen dress and expresses herself. Visual communication affects all areas of life and is present daily in an individual’s life. In our opinion, the research was successful, and the insights presented may help shed new light on the visual communication of wedding dresses and Tori bridalwear.
Viktória Veres, István József Szakács Copyright (c) 2025 Dunakavics https://ojs3.mtak.hu/index.php/dk/article/view/19723 Wed, 16 Jul 2025 12:25:10 +0000
