Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• I. Conditions for initial submissions:
  The metadata must be fully completed. It is essential that all authors of the manuscript are indicated.
• The submitted file is anonymized.
• The submitted file is in PDF format.
• II: Conditions for the accepted manuscript:
  The metadata are complete and all required updates have been made.
• The submitted file is in an editable format (preferably DOCX).
• The file is formatted according to the template linked in the Author Guidelines.
• All references that have a DOI include the DOI identifier as a full, active URL.
