Author Biographies

Gábor Albert, National University of Public Service, Faculty of Water Sciences

GÁBOR ALBERT is a historian, he completed his PhD studies at the Doctoral School of 19th-20th Century Hungarian History at ELTE BTK in 2003, and in 2016 he habilitated in educational sciences at the Eszterházy Károly College in Eger. He is a senior research fellow at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Szeged, head of the Gyula Fekete Institutional History Research Program and Institutional History Research Group. At the Faculty of Water Sciences of the National University of Public Service, he conducts complex historical research on the predecessor institutions of the Faculty. His research areas: history of agricultural education, history of water affairs, institutional history. He has been a member of the Hungarian Hydrological Society since 2023.

Gábor Keve , National University of Public Service, Faculty of Water Sciences

GÁBOR KEVE is a civil engineer (Budapest University of Technology, 1998), and in 2018 he obtained his PhD degree in civil engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He has been a full-time lecturer since 2014, and is currently an associate professor and head of department at the Faculty of Water Sciences of the National University of Public Service. He teaches specialized subjects in regional water management. His main research area is hydrometry, including river ice monitoring.
