Some remarks on the issue of invalidity of arbitral awards under Swiss law

Abstract

This study examines the issue of the invalidity of arbitral awards under Swiss law, which is a frequent venue for arbitration clauses. It discusses the various grounds for invalidity and procedural issues such as jurisdiction and the time limit for bringing an action. In addition, the study provides examples from case law, including a specific case involving Hungary.
