Láphidrológiai változások rekonstrukciója fosszilis Testacea (házas amőba) fauna alapján

Absztrakt

Az észak-erdélyi Erzsébetbánya mellett fekvő Fenyves-tető (1340 m) tőzegmohalápjának mikropaleontológiai felmérését végeztük el a Testacea (házas amőba) fauna és a humifikációmérés segítségével. Összesen 33 házas amőba taxont találtunk. Olyan ritkaságok is előkerültek, mint a Bullinularia indica, Difflugia lanceolata, D. rubescens, Pontigulasia bigibbosa, P. elisa. Nyolc különböző vízellátottságú zónát (FT1-FT8) sikerült megkülönböztetni a házas amőbák relatív gyakorisági értékei alapján. A zónákat külön-külön elemeztük és a Testacea fajok relatív gyakoriságai alapján kapott nedvességi viszonyokat összevetettük a humifikációmérés eredményei által jelzettekkel. A házas amőbák mennyiségi és minőségi viszonyai, valamint a radiokarbon kormeghatározás és a humifikációmérés alapján rekonstruálni tudtuk a vizsgált tőzegmohalápban bekövetkezett változásokat. A láp körülbelül 9100 évvel ezelőtt alakult ki. Ezt követően a láp különböző nedvességi viszonyokkal jellemezhető, igen jelentős változásokon ment keresztül, az utóbbi száz évben pedig egyre szárazabbá vált.
