Bűnügyi adatgyűjtés és adatfelhasználás a klinikai profilalkotás tükrében
Absztrakt
Jelen tanulmány célja a klinikai, illetve pszichiátriai szaktudás alkalmazási lehetőségeinek vizsgálata a rendészeti tevékenység szolgálatába állítva, különös tekintettel a profilalkotás módszerére. Körüljárjuk a klinikai szaktudás jellegét és röviden ismertetjük azon szakmákat, melyek a klinikumban diagnosztikai tevékenységet végeznek. Bemutatjuk a pszichiátria szaktudás jelentőségét a bűncselekmények kapcsán releváns nemzetközi és hazai eredményekre támaszkodva. Megvizsgáljuk azon szakmai tapasztalatokat, melyek felvetik egy külön, a bűncselekmények kapcsán felmerülő pszichés állapotokra fókuszáló pszichiátriai specializáció szükségességét. Ennek kapcsán nem csak azokra a pszichés kórképekre hozunk példát, melyek a civil ellátásban viszonylag mellőzöttek, de bűnelkövetők körében központi jelentőségűek lehetnek, hanem sorra vesszük a bűncselekmények kapcsán felmerülő pszichés zavarok komplex jellegéből adódó nehézségeket, melyekre a klinikait kiegészítve a rendészeti szaktudás alkalmazása lehet megoldás. Végül ajánlást teszünk a bűnügyi pszichiátria diszciplína megalapozásához szükséges első lépésekre.
