New tendencies in connection with the legal status of cohabitees and their children in the agricultural enterprise in Hungary

Abstract

The Hungarian national report1 of the Commission I of the CEDR Luzern conference served as the basis of the present article. Both the report and the present
article deal with a less analysed field of the Hungarian agricultural law, namely with the legal status of cohabitees and their children in the agricultural enterprise. However, this article is not merely the second published version of the report. Besides the current events, the article also includes the conclusions2 of the Commission I and the assessment of these conclusions from a Hungarian point of view.
