Integrációs kezdeményezések evolúciója a Svéd Vöröskeresztnél: Összehasonlító tanulmány a menekültek letelepítéséről az 1990-es években és 2015-ben
Absztrakt
A tanulmány a Svéd Vöröskereszt helyzetét és szerepét vizsgálja a menekültek letelepítésének két nagy időszakában: a 90-es években és 2015-ben. Az összehasonlító perspektíva alkalmazása lehetővé tette a szervezet integrációs kezdeményezéseiben mutatkozó különbségek alapos, visszatekintő vizsgálatát a mindenkori időszakokban. Ennek során a dolgozat interjúk és dokumentumok megállapításaira támaszkodva mérte fel a Svéd Vöröskereszt és a svéd hatóságok közötti kapcsolatot. A svéd állam és a Svéd Vöröskereszt közötti, integrációs politikák terén megmutatkozó kötődést értékelve a kutatás elméleti szinten azt vizsgálja, hogy a Svéd Vöröskereszt integrációs kísérleteit áthatotta-e a cselekvőképesség (agency) és a szolidaritás. A kutatás eredményei arra utalnak, hogy a Svéd Vöröskereszt napjainkban láthatóbb ezen a területen, tekintve, hogy az állam a szociális szolgáltatások biztosításának szerepét gyakran megosztja a helyi hatóságokkal és a civil szervezetekkel (NGO-kkal). Mint ilyen, ez a kutatás hozzájárul az újonnan érkezők integrációjában szerepet vállaló civil szervezetekről szóló tudományos diskurzushoz, kifejezetten a Svéd Vöröskereszt esetére fókuszálva.
