Information For Librarians

We encourage research librarians to include Apis in their electronic journal collections and institutional databases.
The journal operates under a Diamond Open Access model, ensuring that all content is freely available without subscription or access fees.

Libraries and repositories are welcome to archive published articles, provided that the original source and DOI link are clearly cited.
Authors are also permitted to deposit all versions (submitted, accepted, and published) of their papers in institutional or subject repositories according to the Repository Policy.

The Apis journal is published using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, developed and maintained by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), which supports open access dissemination and long-term preservation.

The publisher — the Hungarian Apitherapy Society — is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation, and the journal’s archiving is also supported by national repositories, including REAL-J (Hungarian Academy of Sciences) and MTMT (Hungarian Scientific Bibliography).
