Development opportunities in obstetric and neonatal care based on patient feedback
Abstract
Patient satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of healthcare. Patients’ experiences can provide a wealth of useful information. Health services can be targetedly improved - either locally or nationally - reflecting on these feedbacks. Jobbulást! Alapítvány (Get well! Civil Foundation) launched the website www.jobbulast.info, where patients and their relatives can provide feedback on care. The opinions received on maternity and newborn care for the years 2019-2021 have been processed in detail, the results of which are presented, as well as the initiatives aimed at improving the problems identified on the basis of the feedback.
