Abstract
The purpose of the SULPiTER project is to improve the mobility planning capacity of urban transport in the field of development and adoption of Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULPs). The SULPiTER project, supported by the European Union, will be presented, with a particular focus on its development, and on the individual elements of the Sustainable Urban
Logistic Plan (SULP) developed within the framework of the project. During the description of some elements of the SULP, the rules for creating Functional Urban Areas (FUA) and the methodology for calculating the Logistic Sustainability Index (LSI) are presented.
