Management of an open talar dislocation without associated fracture

Abstract

This case report presents the steps of treatment for an open talar dislocation without associated fracture and the results achieved after one year of treatment. It details the mechanism of injury and possible complications and provides recommendations for their prevention based on our personal experience.
