Privacy statement and copyright
Works submitted for publication must be original, previously unpublished and not currently under review. By sending an article to the journal, authors confirm that the article is their own original intellectual product and that no rights of a third party are harmed by the publication. In case of any claim by a third party, authors take full responsibility including any financial consequences. The rules detailed below must be accepted by authors submitting a manuscript to Névtani Értesítő. The journal does not necessarily share the opinion expressed in the published articles; the only responsible are the authors.
The Copyright is exclusive property of the authors, while the journal has the right of first publication. The published work is licensed under Creative Commons License “Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International" (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). The material is free to be copied and redistributed in any medium or format under the following terms: an appropriate credit must be given, a link must be provided to the license, and any changes must be indicated. The material must not be used for commercial purposes. Modified material must not be distributed. Legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits may not be applied.
Authors are entitled, with no restriction in time and free of charge, to publish (via e-mail, on the author’s webpage, on the website of the author’s institution, on the author’s institutional or university repository with open or restricted access or on other non-profit servers) the pre-print version (i.e. the non-final version accepted by the editorial board for publication, with the corrections suggested by the peer-reviewers) of their manuscripts. When disseminating the article in this way, the author is required to warn the readers that the manuscript in question is not the final, published version of the article. If the final version of the article has already been published, it is advisable and allowed for the author to use the post-print version. In the latter case, the complete bibliographic details of the journal publication must be indicated.
Authors’ name(s), ORCID ID, email address(es) (preferably institutional), and their institutional affiliation are made available in the journal. The names and email addresses registered on the website are used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal and are not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
