Absztrakt

A WHA75.19 határozatnak megfelelően és az EB152/20 dokumentumban leírtak szerint a globális keretrendszer rendelkezésre áll a 2023. május 21–30. között megrendezésre kerülő hetvenhatodik Egészségügyi Világközgyűlés számára.

2022-ben a hetvenötödik Egészségügyi Világközgyűlés felkérte az Egészségügyi Világszervezet (WHO) főigazgatóját, hogy — a WHO megbízatásán belül — dolgozzon ki egy keretet a jóllét elérésére, amely a fenntartható fejlődés 2030-ig szóló menetrendjére és az abban foglalt tizenhét fenntartható fejlődési célra épül, és a tagállamokkal konzultálva határozza meg az egészségfejlesztés ebben betöltött szerepét.

A jóllét elérése: A jóllétnek a közegészségügybe való integrálásának globális kerete az egészségfejlesztési megközelítést alkalmazva hat stratégiai irányt javasol a társadalmi jóllét előmozdítására. A globális egészségügyi közösség és az országok tapasztalataiból származó leghatékonyabb politikai irányvonalakat foglalja össze.

Az egészség előmozdítására és védelmére irányuló számos intézkedés az egészségügyi ágazaton kívül esik, és szoros együttműködést igényel más ágazatokkal. Ez a keretrendszer útmutatóként szolgál a különböző ágazatok és érdekelt felek számára, hogy koherens és összehangolt módon vegyenek részt egy közös cél érdekében: az emberek és a bolygó egészségének fenntartható és méltányos módon történő előmozdítása érdekében. Rávilágít a társadalmi jóllét és fejlődés különböző aspektusaira, amelyeket jellemzően különálló és elkülönült területként kezelnek, és olyan politikai irányvonalakat javasol, amelyek a kölcsönös előnyök előmozdítását szolgálják azáltal, hogy egy olyan társadalom létrehozására irányuló közös cél érdekében dolgoznak, amely mindenki jóllétét szolgálja.

A keretrendszer a hatékony partnerségekre, valamint a kormányzat, a köz- és magánszervezetek nem állami szereplői — az egészségügyi ökoszisztémán belül és kívül — közös és összehangolt fellépéseire támaszkodik, az "egész kormányzat" és az "egész társadalom" megközelítést alkalmazva.
