Central European Academy Law Review

Our second issue is divided into two parts. The first part is titled Flagship Studies, presenting the work of a more renowned professor, and the second part is titled Articles, arising from the works of young researchers. The topics are diverse. They focus on tax law, space law, criminal procedure, or human rights law. Besides, the reader may find articles dealing with the legal questions related to the autonomy of local self-governments, surrogacy, or transboundary aquifers.
