Kompetencia mérés eredményének hatása egy kisiskola életére
Abstract
An important assessment event in the life of a small school is the mea-surement of students' competences, which takes place every year from the fourth to the eighth grade. This article presents the results of a competency assessment spanning five years in a specific school, analysing their evolution. The relationship between lifelong learning and key competences is discussed. Since its inception, the field of competence measurement has undergone changes, both in terms of the scope of the field covered and the implementation of the assessment. One of the many tasks of small schools is to study and analyse the results of the previous year's assessments and draw up a plan for improving (if necessary) and maintai-ning the results. In the summary, the author suggests what options are available to teachers to improve the results, despite the fact that the timing of the assessment and the motivation of the pupils (even with the threat of grading) are not the best.
