Possibilities of using virtual reality technology in skills development

Abstract

In addition to changing threats and rapid technological development, society faces significantchanges and challenges. Ensuring that people have the skills and capabilities to address thesechallenges is key. One of the “tools” for this can be the use of virtual reality (VR). The VRresearch community is increasingly involved in the search for solutions. In this article,we tried to summarize the challenges of using VR training and the solutions that havealready been implemented, then, at the end of the article, we outline the possible future ideasthat will need to be developed to implement VR training. In the publication as a whole, specialattention was paid to examining the possibilities of military use of VR.
