Abstract

In a two-piece article series the author would like to examine the applicability of the network analysis and mesh design method during optimizing the structure of the defense economy system in state of emergency period. The articles are based on a practical example, which was developed before the change of regime for the management of state of emergency period. The first part of the series establishes the theoretical bases of the examination with essential knowledge about the economic and mathematical background of the subject.
