Abstract

This article is intended for a long time part of the results of research. The ultimate goal of research in the IT service Writing the history of all devices in the system's perspective. In connection with the previous parts in this article, the focus has been moved to the specific principles of automation. Accordingly, the article will be analyzed in the automation of the Soviet command and control principles and the Sovjet philosophy and methodology of automation implementation.
