Knowledge is as a competitive advantage in public and private sectors. (Knowledge – competence – performance – success)
Abstract
In our globalized world, some professionals – and not only HR specialists – believe that the human factor: knowledge, ability, behavior, and effective staff management are new sources of competitiveness, keeping pace with accelerating technological development. For now, the man – being no longer in his natural way – has been become the most important productivity factor by his knowledge and his work ability based on knowledge technology. Locally, in case of national states, it reflects that the role of human capital and knowledge capital has been continuously appreciated in their economic development strategy. The challenge of globalization also means an increase of “creative competition”, which emphasizes the focus on “Powerful Knowledge”.
