Analysis of the migratory crisis situation and the special legal order

Abstract

Last year an extraordinary migratory situation, a never seen migratory pressure appeared in Hungary. Following the governmental measures, currently, the migratory flow avoids the country and the number of illegal border crossings, as well as, the asylum-seekers has been reduced. Though, according to the forecasts the volume of migration will not be lower this year, it will be rather higher. The study analyses the new category of crisis situation caused by mass immigration, and draws attention to the special situations which differ from normal functions.
