Military Leadership Roles in the Hungarian Defences Forces

Abstract

Taking into consideration the roles of military leaders plays a crucial part in military leadership. The role played by a military leader influences the operation of their military organization and this further affects the attainment of different organizational goals. A leader is able to have an either positive or negative influence resulting in temporization, saving time, an outflow of human resources, or even the decay of moral values. A well-chosen military leader role makes the leader specific, unique. It is a well-known fact within the armed forces that a military organization is always judged by its leader.
