Abstract

The legal and vocational basic principles related to the national security professional activity are different. For example, the rapidity and the timeliness do not appear among the legal basic principles, although they are the elements of the vocational basic principles with determining, fundamental importance. The author reviews the issue of the opportunities touching the personality rights related to national security professional activity in his study, furthermore the legal basic principles concerning this activity, the supervision’s and cheque’s forms, and the legal redress manners.
