A káderképzés alapelvei a Magyar Néphadseregben az 1975-80-as években
Abstract
The author introduces the staff training principles, less known for the wider public but otherwise extremely important, that came to light in the 1970s -
80s. There is also an attempt made at presenting the superiors' attitude to these principles being put into practice. It makes clear that the Hungarian People's Army in line with the requirements of modernisation in officers' training created a career system of a high standard that can make good use in further practice. This system was immediately applied at ZM Militar Academy in its qualification process.
