Bolivia: Land of American Indians and Coca

Abstract

The verse chosen as motto is the initial idea of the national anthem of Bolivia, in a loose translation it says: „Bolivians, fortunate destiny topped our oath and
yearning, this land is free, your servant being is terminated.” The poem of José Ignacio de Sanjinés could not capture in a better way the millennial history of
the Latin American country that is burden with conflicts and wars. In this essay I present this historical way, completed with the demonstration of sub systems of
administration, state organization and economy.
