The impact of visa policy on the integrated border security system
Abstract
The article reviews history of visa policy of the European Union from the beginning and the palce of visa policy in common policies. But the present common visa policy has got a very big problem: it means undifferentiated access. On the second part of article is demonstrated the change of visa policy. The expanding of topic is presented by the author in another article, which can be found on the internet. The Stockholm Programme (which accepted by European Union's council) some elements affect the integrated border management, which is created by the Hague Programme.
