Abstract
The foreign, security and defence policy are the organic part of the official policy of every country. Two of these policies have separeted ministries in most of the countries. Most of the security policy’s functions are divided between the two ministries and the secret services. In Russia a number of security policy documents fix the official positions according the security, including the risks (dangeres, threats) and the reactions of the state. The evolution of Russian-Atlantic relations including Russian-American ones is well reflected in the changes of the security policy.
