Are We Smart Enough for the Smart City?

Abstract
The first part of my study discusses the relations between smart cities and smart people. The six subsystems of smart cities are introduced and the smart and conventional cities are compared. The analysis of operating smart cities also includes the role of intervening smart people; highlighting the importance of proper qualifications in case of the citizens.
