Assessment of The Regulation Background for The Dangerous Goods Warehouse Logistic Activities

Abstract

In case of the operation of the dangerous goods logistics and warehousing activities we have to count with the risk of the occurrence of the major accidents involving dangerous substances. The major industrial accidents pose a significant threat to the human life and health, and the environments. The aim of this article is to introduce and analyse the European and domestic legal regulations influencing the sector dealing with hazardous goods warehousing in Hungary.
