The Role and Importance of The Voluntary Rescue Organisations of Higher Education’s Institutes Involving in Disaster Management System

Abstract

Today’s complex damages and large-scale disasters suggest that specially-equipped, well-qualified professional bodies alone cannot compete against the more and more destructive impacts and consequences of dangers and anomalies. They require the cooperation of citizens and skilled civilians. This article seeks to study the significance of volunteering in disaster management, thus, its mission is to make recommendations on the development of volunteer rescue teams and to justify the necessity of involving higher education students in the complex system of protection against disasters.
