Kőolajipari célú tenzidkompozíciók fejlesztése és vizsgálati módszereinek továbbfejlesztése
Abstract
A kémiai fokozott kőolaj-kitermelésben alkalmazott tenzides és tenzid-polimeres elárasztási technológiák hatékonyságát jelentősen befolyásolja a felhasznált komponensek összetétele, a tárolói közeg tulajdonságai, valamint a formulációban kialakuló kölcsönhatások. Jelen munka célja kőolajipari alkalmazásra szánt tenzidkompozíciók fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó laboratóriumi vizsgálati módszerek továbbfejlesztése, valamint a tenzid–tenzid, tenzid–koszolvens és tenzid–polimer kölcsönhatások értékelése volt. A kutatás során az emulgeáló hatás vizsgálatát automata demulgeáló berendezés alkalmazásával, az olajkimosó hatás meghatározását üvegkapillárisos módszer kidolgozásával, míg a vízszám-meghatározást oldószercserével fejlesztettem tovább. A vizsgálatok kiterjedtek nagy sótartalmú modell rétegvizekben alkalmazható tenzidkompozíciók oldhatóságára, határfelületi tulajdonságaira, oxo-alkohol típusú koszolvensek hatására, valamint tenzid-polimer rendszerek reológiai viselkedésére. Az eredmények igazolták, hogy a komponensek önálló vizsgálata nem elegendő a gyakorlati alkalmazhatóság megítéléséhez, mivel a teljes formuláció viselkedését a komponensek közötti kölcsönhatások jelentősen módosíthatják. A kidolgozott módszerek és értékelési szempontok hozzájárulhatnak a tárolóspecifikusan optimalizált, ipari szempontból is alkalmazható cEOR-formulációk megbízhatóbb laboratóriumi szelekciójához.
