About the Journal

Porta Lingua is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by SZOKOE (The Hungarian Association of Teachers and Researchers of Languages for Specific Purposes). Its aim is to disseminate the results, empirical research and methodological innovations achieved in the field of LSP teaching and research among the professionals of the field and the broader academic community. The studies/articles are organised into thematic sections and present research findings on the specific features of professional language use, terminology and lexicology, as well as on LSP curriculum and teaching-material development, specialised translation and interpreting.
