Abstract

Flexibility is recognised as a key component of physical fitness and is often recommended as part of exercise programmes for all ages. However, little data is available on the relationship between flexibility and survival. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of body flexibility with natural and non-Covid-19-related mortality risk in middle-aged men and women, disaggregated by sex.
