Abstract

Healthy Together Victoria (HTV) was an Australian Victorian State Government initiative aimed at reducing the prevalence of overweight and obesity through the management of chronic disease risk factors such as physical inactivity, poor diet, smoking and alcohol consumption. The programme involved more than 170 local staff working in 12 communities to support the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities.
