Abstract

It is impossible to overestimate the importance of informed decision-making in today's rapidly changing corporate world. The incorporation of modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), expert systems and decision support systems (DSS) have significantly changed business operations. DSS systems are essential because they use data modeling and analysis to provide management with useful information for informed decision making. Expert systems serve as a valuable complement to human skills in many disciplines, providing specialized knowledge and assistance. The revolution in corporate management, especially in the field of strategic planning, was initiated by the development of artificial intelligence. AI technologies enable businesses to predict consumer patterns, respond quickly to changing circumstances, and seize new opportunities. My research is based on secondary data analysis and examines two hypotheses based on the publications of international authors related to the topic. The first is that the application of artificial intelligence-driven decision support systems in a corporate governance environment facilitates organizational decision-making processes by enabling more informed decisions and deeper insights. The second hypothesis is that the incorporation of artificial intelligence into strategic planning procedures improves the organization's ability to predict market trends, allocate resources efficiently, and respond to changing market conditions. AI is driving technical breakthroughs that are transforming innovation management in many industries. The increasing use of AI technology by companies in the European Union (EU) indicates a trend towards the integration of AI-driven solutions into various operational frameworks. Due to the timeliness of the topic, it is important to constantly examine and monitor the changes that occur.
