General review process

Submitted articles are initially subjected to general scrutiny by the editor. If deemed necessary, the editor may reject the article, request revisions, or, in the case of scientific articles, forward it to specialist reviewers.

Peer review

Scientific publications undergo a double-blind peer review process. The number of reviewers is a minimum of 3. If there is not a unanimous opinion among the three reviewers regarding the publishability of the article, additional reviewers may be involved, leading to an extension of the article's acceptance process.

Reader letters and other submissions are not subjected to peer review; instead, they undergo formal and ethical examination before being returned to the editors. If the content of the article does not contain any obvious contradictions according to the editors' professional knowledge, they may be published. The editor may also decide to subject the article to the peer review process.
